Payment Policies
Registration
There is a NON-REFUNDABLE, annual registration fee of $40.00 per student. First month’s tuition and registration fee are required to register, except for summer classes. THERE IS NO REGISTRATION FEE FOR SUMMER CLASSES.
Tuition
- For your convenience, monthly tuition is drafted on the 1st of the month beginning in September and ending in June. You are guaranteed 35 classes throughout.
Monthly tuition does not change based on holiday closings, events or inclement weather. Therefore tuition is not reduced for months with 3 weeks, nor is it increased for months with 5 weeks.
Tuition is not prorated due to student absences, but you may schedule a make-up class. - Summer classes are only 4 weeks and paid in full upon registration. SUMMER TUITION IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Camp tuition will be billed in two payments. Half will be processed at the time of registration and the other half will be due on the first day of class. Camp tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Tuition Discount
- Families with multiple children will receive a 10% discount off of the second child and 15% off of the third.
Tuition Payment Options
- Monthly Draft by a Visa Check Card (Band Card), Visa Credit Card, or Master Card.
- Payment in full for the full Term or 2 payments for each half-term. DDI Schedule begins Mid-August and ends in June.
There is a $15.00 service fee as a result of any payment returned to Destiny Dance Institute for insufficient funds.
Production Fee
Every class that begins in the fall semester ages 3-up is included in a June Recital. Each family with a single dancer will pay a $75 production fee to include a digital dvd and a recital t shirt. Each family with sibling dancers will pay a $90 recital fee. This fee will include a digital dvd and recital t shirts. These fees will be drafted on March 15th.
Costumes
Students are required to purchase a costume for each class they perform with in the June Production. No Costumes are needed for the December recital. Costumes are $94.00 for ages 6-up and additional accessories may also be required. A NON-REFUNDABLE $44.00 deposit for each of these costumes is required on October 15 for each student. Costumes are $86 for ages 3-5 years old. A NON-REFUNDABLE $39.00 deposit for each of these costumes is also due on October 15. The balance for costumes is due Nov 15th and will be drafted on this day if you pay by monthly draft. If you choose to pay per semester, your entire costume purchase must be included with your first semester payment. DDI does not pay for alterations. Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Withdrawal
Withdrawal from class must be emailed to info@destinydanceinstitute.com before the 5th of the month in order to not be charged the next month’s tuition. You will be held responsible for all tuition and fees due until proper withdrawal has been submitted.
